The hotel's location near the metro and tram 28 stop was very convenient. The room included a coffee machine and kettle. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful at all times (I found this particularly useful).
The room had a small window facing the corridor so I had to keep the curtains closed. This meant the room lacked natural light .

The location is quite convenient, close to public transport (I used the metro several times). The breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful .
My room had very thin walls (I could hear neighbors). There was no natural light in my room. the bathroom fan was not working (it was a bit stuffy).

the staff showed genuine care and attention.. the breakfast was good, particularly the fresh fruit selection offered each morning. i found the room clean, and i noticed they replaced the towels daily even without being asked. the beds offered great comfort after each long day of sightseeing.
the walls proved quite thin, and i often heard conversations and noises from adjacent rooms. this did make it a little difficult to fully relax at times, and i really wished they provided better soundproofing.
